Full Circle
Meditation offers Vipassana (mindfulness/insight) and
Metta (loving kindness) instruction to people from
all walks of life. Instruction is provided in a
variety of formats:
- classes and beginner series
- sitting groups
- daylongs
- one-to-one sessions
- workshops
- programs
- non-residential retreats
Margot Sangster is the principal teacher although
periodically other teachers will lead programs.
Testimonials:
"The workshop in Mindfulness Meditation as taught
by Margot Sangster provided insight into an
unexplored and often overlooked dimension of growth
and learning for students and staff: the care of the
self. It was one of those experiences in which the
learning and benefits continue the more the teachings
are practiced."
Stephen Fraser, Coquitlam School
District
"Margot Sangster is perfect for delivering
presentations on meditation. She is clear, concise,
and extremely knowledgeable."
Karen Goodfellow, Regional Wellness
Specialist, Telus Mobility Wellness Program
"The meditation session you did here at
VPL was excellent. I'm hearing staff members say
that it's easier than they thought. Myths about
meditation have been dispelled."
Sherry MacLeod, Vancouver Public
Library
"I loved the workshop, it exceeded my
expectations! But now that I've let them go, it's
even better."
Tricia Kehler, Hope Program, Stenberg
College
"I really feel that you have helped make a
lasting improvement in my life."
Bart Brooks, World Class Backgammon Player
"Margot's teaching style is inclusive and
gentle. She is open to how people are in the moment,
with no judgement."
Linda Moreau
"From the bottom of my heart, thank you
for your gift of the dhamma."
David Asplund
"Margot's leadership made it a very rich
weekend. She led with skill and maturity."
Pam Atnikov, Therapist
"Every week I got so much more from you on
a "life" level. Thank you."
